Westrafo reports record growth due to renewables
Westrafo has reported a five-fold growth in revenue since 2018, which the company attributes to a focus on renewable energy sources.
Westrafo has more than doubled the number of employees since 2018 and quintupled the turnover by working on projects and orders for transformers and energy storage solutions all over the world for markets related to the production and conversion of energy from renewable sources.
“The customers and companies we partner with pay particular attention to environmental policies, we want to be at the forefront of this positive change and continue to grow in a context of sustainability and continuous improvement” explains CEO Alberto Cracco.
“In addition to the lean policies used to improve internal processes, Westrafo has developed a line of green transformers filled with vegetable oil. From 2023 the company will move to the new headquarters in Montebello Vicentino, designed for further growth based on eco-sustainability and technological product innovation “.
