    The 250MVA/500kV single-phase oil-immersed non-excitation autotransformer developed by Chinese transformer maker Changcheng passed a complete set of tests at one time, sina.com reports.

    “The performance of the products met or exceeded the national standards and technical agreements and requirements.”

    The machine is set to be used for a 500kV substation project in Zhangjiakou and Zhangnan in northern Hebei.
