Transformer explosion kills worker

A high voltage electrical transformer has exploded on the Tirana-Durres highway in Albania, causing one fatality and two injuries.
The transformer was near a facility under reconstruction. Three employees were initially injured, of which two have been named, Gjergji Sula, Fari Collaku, and S.C. One has since died in hospital. One received life-threatening injuries, while the other received only mild injuries.
The investigation team continues to work on the scene to clarify the circumstances of the event.
